MAP COMPASS is an amazing way to measure direction on the map view.It shows your current position, direction of your current movement and true/magnetic north on the map. The map rotates based on the compass orientation and direction, helps you navigate to your destination. You can switch the map view between Satelite view and Street view. Note: Internet connection are required to retrieve map and location information. Other than display the direction on map view, it also detect the best network connection between GPS, Wifi and 3G to retrieve the latitude, longitude and altitude data of your current position and display them on the main screen. T-Mobile gets official with the myTouch 3G, preorder availability begins July 8

T-Mobile has officially announced their second Android phone — and as expected it is the myTouch 3G. The handset will be available for preorder beginning on July 8 and will be priced at $199 with a two-year agreement. Additionally, as we saw with the previously leaked box art images, the myTouch 3G will be available in either black, white or merlot.Feature wise, the myTouch 3G will have a 3.2-inch 480 x 320 display, Wi-Fi, GPS, a 3.2-megapixel camera, stereo Bluetooth/A2DP and a preinstalled 4GB microSD card. Other features include having support for YouTube, Google Maps with Street View and Latitude as well as support for POP, IMAP and Exchange accounts.Finally, it looks like those that preorder can expect to receive their myTouch 3G on July 29, of course that date is just for current T-Mobile customers. Google Maps: The "reason" why I purchased my phone.

Well stress no more "Google Map" to the rescue. A.K.A "All in one and than some". Need to find place for lunch, a movie theater, where you family and friends are? latitude. Don't know what the building you are looking for looks like? Street view. What, not able to type? guess what just say it it will find it. dont kniow hoew to spellit? No worries Google map is here. Don't have a car? Choose you options CAR, BUS, BIKE, WALK. Better than my $350.00 GPS no need to download the update than install it on my GPS. Now its done effortlessly. OH yes almost forget its FREE "F-R-E-E" free and yes take this apple.
