Netflix and Ziio

Tuesday 14th of June 2011 / androidtablets.net
First, I just want to say how happy I am with my Creative Ziio after just a couple months. I use it most at the gym with Bluetooth support (the sound over my blue tooth speakers at home is wonderful given the Ziio multimedia chip), to read rss feeds, listen to relaxing music while reading nook and kindle books, Social Media, and movies. I don't care much for future mods or upgrades and believe the Ziio is the perfect cross over between tablet and multimedia device.I had tried unsuccessfully to get Netflix on my tablet but found an outstanding and must have application. PlayOn is an application which allows you to stream Netflix, Hulu and a whole host of other media. Currently, there is a 30 day free trial. Last night I watched 2012 (again) after some lite reading. The Playon App is available free for your Android Tablet on Amazon.Amazon PlayOn App:Amazon.com: Playon: Appstore for AndroidPlayON:http://www.playon.tv/playonIn order to have Netflix and other media work, your PC must have PlayOn installed. So your movies stream to your Android device via WiFi. Our Ziio devices are compati

Is there a way to stream Netflix to my Pioneer car stereo via my android?

Saturday 12th of May 2012 / androidforums.com
Hello everyone. I recently purchased a Pioneer Avic-X940bt car stereo and had it installed. It works great and in the manual it says it can stream Netflix using an Apple 4. My question is this: Is there anyway to stream Netflix via bluetooth on my Android phone to this Pioneer stereo? I can stream Pandora flawlessly. There reason for all this is because I have this stereo in a conversion van and I have the new receiver hooked up to the TV in the back of the van and I wanted to see if I could get Netflix to work on it. Any help is much appreciated.

Tablet to TV Netflix Control

Sunday 09th of June 2013 / forums.androidcentral.com
I have a Motorola Xoom and a Logitech Bluetooth keyboard. I have my tablet connected to the TV via HDMI. When I open the Netflix app with the keyboard I cannot use the arrow keys to navigate the app. I tired the Tablet Remote app, but it has the same results. I thought of maybe trying TeamViewer on phone and tablet, but thought there might be a better solution. Is there a way to remotely use the Netflix app on my tablet so I can use it on my TV?

Bluetooth Headphone Audio Lag

Wednesday 13th of November 2013 / forums.androidcentral.com
Has anyone used their G Pad with bluetooth headphones? I have have the LG Tone 700's and have audio lag problems when watching videos. Happens in Plex, Netflix and Dishanywhere apps. I don't seem to have the problem on my Nexus 4. If you have what headphones do you use? Also does anyone know if the G Pad supports atp x? The CSR website doesn't list the G Pad but I wonder if its because its semi new. The LG Tone+ 730 supports atp x and some have said it helps their bluetooth issues.

Sound delay when watching Netflix

Thursday 23rd of January 2014 / androidforums.com
As the title says, I'm getting an audio delay whenever I'm watching Netflix (via Netflix app). All audio is behind about a half second or so. It's really annoying because it looks like everything is dubbed really poorly. It doesn't seem to matter whether or not I'm using 4G LTE or Wifi, and it happens whenever I use Bluetooth or wired headphones, but NOT when using the Galaxy's built-in speaker. Bluetooth seems the worse and wired headphones are less of a delay, but still present. Anyone else out there having this problem or know of any fixes?Tony

Bluetooth and Aux jack

Thursday 13th of March 2014 / androidforums.com
Hi everyone, I am in the process of installing an 8" Galaxy tab 3 in my car. Of course, nothing is going as smoothly as planned but it's actually been fun troubleshooting so far. I've been slowly learning Tasker for all my automation needs. I have it set to turn on bluetooth, wifi, sync, and car home ultra upon receiving power, and obviously turn off those options (along with the screen) upon losing power. * My original plan was to use the Aux jack for all my media, but I'm really liking the ability to change tracks and see song data from my head unit. The only problem with this is watching videos. While watching video from sources like Netflix and HBO GO, the BT audio is not always in sync. It works perfect over Aux out. So here's my issue:MY Galaxy Tab 3 will not play audio over bluetooth while the 3.5mm headset plug is connected. Since my tablet is mounted in my dash, manually plugging in the cable when I want to watch a movie is not practical, plus I want everything to be automated and seamless, if possible. I found a widget that manually overrides the headset jack, which wo
