Help!!!!! My 7 inch Android Tablet PC (MID) will not turn back on :(

Friday 02nd of November 2012 / androidtablets.net
I bought my tablet online from livingdeal.com and I am not able to get it to do anything. When i try to turn it on, everything looks like it will work the little android logo comes up on in the middle of my screen, then it flashes to the green screen, and then goes to a black screen with the word ANDROID in white....sometime it stays here, other times a error message comes up saying "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped" and then it goers back to the black screen with white writting. I have tried to reboot but the same thing keeps happening....Can someone please help me? I was trying to download games so I could give the tablet to my son for Christmas.Laura

Star S9300 - Android 4.1.1 White Screen when Phone turned on.

Friday 05th of April 2013 / forums.androidcentral.com
Hi Guys, I am rather new here. I have recently Bought an S9300 phone and when received all was working OK. And I was really happy with the phone. BTW the phone runs on Android 4.1.1 OS (MTK6577). After a week I started experiencing problems with the camera and gallery. The seller instructed me to reset factory settings. This didn't work. Then he sent me the firmware so that I would Upgrade it. This has been done but know, after upgrading firmware, when I turn my phone on all I get is a blank white screen. Although the hardware seems to be responding to button commands, the blank white screen persists. To Upgrade the firmware I used the Smart Phone Flash Tool. What can I do to solve this? Cheers,Bob.

Phone has freaked out!!!! Please help!

Tuesday 12th of June 2012 / droidforums.net
So, to make a long story short, I went to adjust the ringer on my phone this morning, and it would not decrease, only increase. So, I restarted my phone. Upon restart, I got a mystery white screen that resemble "the blue screen of death". On the top it said ***LOCKED*** and then has a bunch of code things underneath it. Underneath that, it gives me options to fastboot, recovery, factory reset, simlock, hboot usb, and image crc and has three android guys on skateboards. I've tried all options except for the factory reset. Sometimes my phone will restart and give me the same screen, sometimes it will restart up until the Thunderbolt logo (and sound) and then just keep repeating it, or it will got to HTC, then it will black out, show my phone laying down with a symbol of green arrows going around in circle, and then quickly show my phone standing up with a red triangle and an exclamation point in the middle. If someone could please help, I would greatly appreciate it. I've had the phone for almost a year, no serious problems, and have not dropped my phone. I have tried to resta

My Android hacked or virus?

Wednesday 08th of August 2012 / droidforums.net
Hello,I just noticed my Motorola Defy, Android 2.2.2, has a big blue coloured 'thumbprint' type picture on it. It is just below the middle of the screen, and is persistent. My wallpaper is black, so I did not notice it, but when I went to the calendar, which has a white background, this image was plain to see. It is always there, on every screen, does not scroll, does not disappear, remains there after turning off/on my mobile. This feels like a virus. It feels like someone has hacked my phone. Has anyone else got this? Is it from an application? How do I get rid of it? Any help you can offer is appreciated.Leigh

ADzero’s Bamboo Phone is a Beautiful Sight - Android Authority

Thursday 02nd of February 2012 / androidauthority.com
If you’re tired of the usual black, white or gray option for your Android smartphone, here’s one option you should look at—ADzero’s concept phone made out of bamboo. Conceptualized by Kieron-Scott Woodhouse, a 23 year old student from Middlesex University, the phone can set itself apart from the rest of the available options out there. The body of the phone is a unibody design made from a single piece of a 4-year old piece of organic bamboo. As of this writing, there are no specific details on the hardware of the gorgeous (and economical looking) phone. But ADzero describes it as ‘approximately half the weight of an Apple iPhone, while boasting a larger screen.’ In addition, sources were able to confirm that the current prototype of the phone runs on the latest Android OS.“The whole experience so far has been incredible and completely unexpected. Completing my final year and working has been challenging, but my course and the project complement each other well and it’s a great start of my career. I can’t wait to see my mobile phone in shops this year.” Keiron-Scott

Yellow haze on screen and apps diabled

Thursday 26th of December 2013 / androidforums.com
Ok, so I just got the G2 and it is so the best Android I have owned, but have to issues. First is the the lower left hand corner I get a slight yellow haze when I am on a white screen. If i change the color of the front touch bottons to black, well of course you cannt see it. You can see the haze when you are in the message app of settings app. Anytime the front touch buttons are on the white back ground. Now it takes time for the haze to come out. Just turning on the phone and looking does reveil it. You have to have the screen on for some time. It new and I am going to return it but was just wondering if anyone has had this happen. Next is the app disable feature. I when and disabled alot of app I dont use. Amazon,NFL,VZW nav., etc. Now when I did this my ram got worse. When the phone was new and no apps disabled my ram was at 800 down to low 7mb. With the apps disabled the ram went to 6-5mb of free ram? So I went and rest the apps back to oem status and now my free ram is back up to 7-6mb of free ram. It is a little lower because I have installed some apps. Why would disabling app

This one's a doozy...

Tuesday 08th of April 2014 / androidforums.com
I have spent well over 10 hours on my current problem searching forums for a diy answer with no luck. I am desperate for help.I rooted my P769 (T-Mobile) as a first-timer (maybe not the smartest move), mainly because I was running out of serious space on my phone for apps. The rooting seemed to go fine. I then tried to flash the CyanogenMod, and that appears to be when the trouble came.Current status:1. I power the phone on normally or try to boot to recovery: LG screen with buttons flashing, then the t-mobile screen, then error: Sorry! Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped. I press OK, and I'm on a white screen with "Encrypting" and only a button that says "Reset phone". I can't do anything to leave this screen.2. Once or twice when I powered up, the android guy with the ball rotating appeared after the initial LG screen, but then the LG screen appeared again, the t-mobile screen, then the same error message and encrypting/reset phone screen. So it got me nowhere.3. Attempting to flash a new or original ROM has not worked because when I connect
