Sunday 10th of March 2013 / androidforums.com
So my friend downloaded beats audio onto his rooted motorola droid 3, when he bought the full version no sound would come out, so he decided to delete all the drivers that he didnt need. He got lazy and decided to delete his entire system/bin. Now his phone wont boot past the motorola dual core screen. Any suggestions?

Maxx super hot, draining bat fast

Tuesday 15th of May 2012 / androidforums.com
This issue has just started last night or this morning. My Razr Maxx has been excellent up until now. I charged the phone for a few hours, and it was at 20% when i took it off the charger. It should have been higher charged than that. Ive been running 4G + Hotspot, as ive always done. No issues at all.But today, my phone started getting super hot. So hot i couldnt touch the screen for more than 2 seconds. It was on the charger (and it showed it was charger in the notification bar). And the battery died. How does the battery die while its on the charger? After the battery died (still plugged in) i tried to turn the phone on. It showed the Motorola Dual Core Technology screen, then flickered a little bit. Screen went blank, and a white light on the top of the phone came on.4G + Hotspot really sucks that much juice? No way. I can use 4G + Hotspot for 5 hours straight and it stays at normal temperature and still has plenty of battery.EDIT:Ok it finally turned on after about a half hour. Is there permanent damage because of it getting so hot? Will the battery life be reduced from now and

how to get into safemode.

Monday 14th of May 2012 / droidforums.net
Just posting this for people who need to know how to get into and out of safe mode. I borrowed It from the Moto forum.... I repeat THIS IS NOT OF MY DOING!!! The info is correct, it looked like something we could use so I "borrowed" it. Thank you to whomever it was. ______________________________________________ Try putting your phone into safe mode, using the link below for directions, please post your results if it still behaves in the same manner in safe mode. Droid X2 Video Claims Dual-Core Processor

Friday 15th of April 2011 / androidguys.com
It is still unofficial, but the Motorola Droid X2 has been caught again on camera. This time it is showing off the boot animation featuring the famous Droid Eye and proclaiming “Motorola Dual Core Technology,” which tells us the Droid X2 likely has a Tegra 2  processor like the Atrix 4G and Xoom. Obviously this could just be a Droid X running a custom boot animation and the GingerBlur ROM that some folks have on their Droid Xs and Droid 2s. Take a look and judge for yourself:Please enter the url to a YouTube video.Source: Android Central

[Updated] Concept Pics and Specs of a Motorola Atrix 3; Quad-Core, 2GB Ram & More

Friday 17th of February 2012 / droidforums.net
The above pic is supposedly a leak of the new Motorola Atrix 3 phone. This phone will likely be launched to compete head-to-head with the LG X3 and the HTC Onex. Within the pic, some other details of the phone's specs were revealed, and this phone could be a monster if the rumors are true! Here's a breakdown:Quad-Core Tegra 3A whopping 2GB Ram!A 720p (nearly 16:9 aspect ratio, when turned sideways) display10MP camera with dual LED flashThe same 3300mAh Droid RAZR MAXX batteryKeep in mind that this "leak" could just be an imaginary device instead of a real prototype; however, if it is real, then the world of Android smartphones might just start to heat back up again sometime later this year. It's too bad that the Atrix 3 will be unlikely to come to Verizon, but it at least points to some form of Motorola Quad-Core device later this year. Of course, Moto may very well bring a different version of this device to VZW at some point... perhaps a Droid Bionic 2, Droid RAZR MAXX 2, or Droid 5? Share your rants. Update: Sadly, a new update has already come out regarding the phone. A

Is this an Unannounced Motorola Multi-core Device? Possibly Targa or Something Beyond? – Droid Life

Monday 25th of April 2011 / droid-life.com
Last week we were tipped to the possible existence of two new Motorola Tegra 3 devices headed for Q1 2012 codenamed the Jet and Bullet, but without confirmation from additional sources, it was definitely dubbed as one giant “rumor.”  And then this weekend, we received these two pictures that are also apparently of an unannounced Motorola device in testing.  Is it the Targa?  Could it be the Bullet?  Maybe it’s just a DROIDX2 with a fat battery cover?  And of course it could be nothing at all and just a fake?  It’s really impossible to tell from these pictures, so we’ll just have to let you guys decide.  What we’ve been told is that it’s a “multi-core” phone with a qHD display, that new 12MP camera we talked about last week, and a rubbery silver back that houses a 1900mAh battery.  Also, there are apparently 4 devices very similar to this in testing, so again, we have no idea what this is or could be in the future. What do I think?  Well, the silver almost looks like a really bad paint job, but as those that follow this blo

I remember when I first got that phone how beautiful I thought it was with two screens and everything. Didn't realize how useless when I first got it. 3 months later, i went into a vzw store(still don't know why I went, I had no intention of buying a new phone after only 3 months) saw the OG Droid and instantly fell in love. I had to have it. I asked if I could upgrade. They chuckled when I told them I only had the enV for 3 months, but the checked anyways. Turns out my sister's mother-in-law(its my siter's friends and family account) had an upgrade due. She was 70 something and never used her phone for anything other making calls(gasp!) So yep, I stole her upgrade and got the object of my

motorola 8x core

Tuesday 23rd of July 2013 / androidforums.com
what does this even mean 2 cores for apps 4 cores for graphics, one for contextual one of langue. could the moto X have this same set up? because the new droid line seems to be having moto X features baked into them as well. could this be the reason the moto X's benchmarks had been so strange with its dual core and processor combination ?

Stuck on Dual Core Screen after getting wet

Saturday 17th of May 2014 / forums.androidcentral.com
I dropped my phone in the toilet, stupid I know, It was literally half in water for a second. I immediately took case off and battery, sim card, and mem card out and dried everything I could see off. I then stuck it in bag of rice for like 36 hours. I put it all back together and it powers on but stays at Motorola Dual Core screen. When turned off and plugged in it will go past dual core screen to battery charging picture but as soon as I power up it gets stuck again. Any suggestions?
