[Update: It's Back] YouMail Pulled From Android Market Due To A Complaint From T-Mobile Citing “Adverse Network Disruption”

Friday 09th of December 2011 / androidheadlines.com
Update: Looks like YouMail has gotten to the bottom of the issue. Turns out that it was a bug in the code (a bug they were aware of, no less) and they didn’t realize how severe the issue actually was. They’ve since corrected the issue (or are in the process of), and will be back in the Android Market shortly. For full details, check out the YouMail Blog.YouMail, a popular (and free) visual voice mail solution, mysteriously disappeared from the Android Market today. In an email notification, the makers of YouMail were…Official Android …Continue Reading Here[Update: It's Back] YouMail Pulled From Android Market Due To A Complaint From T-Mobile Citing “Adverse Network Disruption”Liam Spradlin – rss.feedsportal

Anyone (else) considering going to the Note 3?

Tuesday 01st of October 2013 / androidforums.com
I have been a fan of the Note 2 for quite some time but went with the Maxx HD instead because I just wasn't sure about the size. I've had my RMHD for just over a year and it's been a very good phone, just shy of greatness. Now that the Note 3 is coming out I'm seriously thinking of going either this or the Note 2. The prices on the Note 2s are dropping like stones and they are a 'known quantity' as opposed to the Note 3. Just wondering if anyone else out there is considering jumping the Moto ship? The RMHD set the bar on battery life and the Note 2 and 3 come close with batteries almost as big but both have significantly more RAM and other good features like an easily replaceable battery to name just one. Just wondering if anyone else is considering this move?

File transfer from Samsung galaxy s to Galaxy note 3!

Monday 21st of October 2013 / androidforums.com
Hey guys I'm new to the forum, I'm not entirely sure where to post this but today I just picked up a Galaxy Note 3 and I would like to know how in the world to transfer my files and contacts from my Galaxy S i9000 to the note. It is driving me crazy I cant for the life of me figure it out! I have done a bit of research and all that I could find was Mobile Trans (which you have to pay for, so it is not an option) and I found an app called "Smart Switch Mobile" the unfortunate thing is that this app looks very good and the reviews are great, but however....ITS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE FIRST GEN GALAXY S!! please I need help! I want to thank you in advance, it is greatly appreciated.

How can you backup a Motorola Droid RAZR and restore app data to Galaxy Note 3

Friday 25th of October 2013 / forums.androidcentral.com
Helium will not backup app data on Motorola phones. My RAZR is rooted and I have made a backup using Titanium Backup Root. Can somehow use Helium to restore the backup made with Titanium as my Note 3 is not rooted? Both are Verizon Wireless versions. Or does anyone have any recommendations on how to achieve moving app data from the RAZR to the Note 3? Thanks .

going from a Razor Maxx to a Note 3?????

Thursday 16th of January 2014 / droidforums.net
I have had a Motorola Droid from day one. My latest is the Razor Maxx. I am eligible for an upgrade in about a month and have been thinking about going to the Note 3. The screen size and the stylus look good to me. If I do make the switch are there any big surprises that I might want to know about before I jump in? How water "resistant" and shock resistant is the Note 3? I have drug my Maxx through hell without a case and I am surprised that I haven't killed it. I am a fire fighter and use my phone A LOT when on scene so it is exposed to some fairly extreme conditions.

How to Take a Screenshot on Samsung Galaxy Note 3

Wednesday 22nd of January 2014 / feedproxy.google.com
Taking a screenshot on the Galaxy Note 3 is pretty simple and there are three ways of doing it. Fortunately you don’t need an app or root access to take a screenshot, because it comes with two ways of doing it our of the box. One method requires you to swipe the screen with your hand while the other one requires the S Pen. Along with those, you can also use the stock Android feature, which uses a combination of buttons. While you can find it a bit difficult to take the screenshot with your hand, using the S Pen is really simple and we recommend you the latter. In this article we will teach you how to take a screenshot by using all three methods and we also took photos so you can see how it’s done and understand it better.Palm swipe.androidgs-mid { width: 300px; height: 250px; float:left; padding-right:5px;}@media(min-width: 500px) { .androidgs-mid { width: 300px; height: 250px; } }@media(min-width: 800px) { .androidgs-mid { width: 728px; height: 90px; } }@media(min-width: 1100px) { .androidgs-mid { width: 300px; height: 250px; } }(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).pu
