Boot loop, and recovery doesn't work correctly

Monday 14th of November 2011 / android.net
So I was working with my N1, and I decided to attempt to flash cyanogenmod one more time. Of course, I get the boot loop problem, and I think nothing of it, and go straight to ClockWorkMod Recovery to nandroid restore. What happened next shocked me. I go to the backup/restore option and choose restore, AND IT SAYS THERE ARE NO FILES AVAILABLE. Then I went to "install .zip from SD card" and chose nandroid>SERIAL NUMBER>my nandroid backup. It too, says "no files available", and I am just about stumped. What should I do? Is there any way to restore my nandroid, say, without recovery? NOTE: I am on cyanogenmod, but it refuses to boot, so I can't actually turn on the phone. Please help me, guys.

Infinite Boot Loop and Recovery Boot Loop

Friday 12th of July 2013 / androidforums.com
I am trying to help a friend out by working on their HTC EVO 4G, Sprint PC36100 phone. She brought it to me and it was doing nothing but boot loops. Would show the white HTC screen, vibrate, then turn off, and turn on again, and just keep doing that.I can go into the Bootloader, but I cannot go into recovery (Trying to do so, just vibrates the phone, and turns it off).I have tried going into FastBoot, however, when plugging in the USB to the computer (Have tried Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8 (non virtual machines)), and it never shows the FastBoot USB, and the system doesn't see the phone.I have tried flashing several recoveries, most notably the Aman-Ra one, but as this appears to be stock, that isn't working. As i cannot boot into recovery, I can't wipe davlik, etc. All i can do is clear storage, and try and figure something out.Any thoughts on how

HTC Desire stuck in boot loop and won't recover

Thursday 01st of August 2013 / androidforums.com
Sorry, I know this is a common problem but have tried some suggestions and my phone still doesn't work.My HTC Desire started showing low memory then randomly yesterday google play changed to market, and I don't know if it's related but Viber was wiped from my phone but it didn't free up any internal memory. As much stuff as is possible is on my SIM card (except for my contacts I have discovered!!!). Anyway, my storage manager kept saying I had between 100 and 500KB memory. I took it to an Orange/EE shop to see if there was anything they could do and when I tried to turn it on in the shop it just kept going round the htc/Orange screens. I've tried holding down the vol down button and power button, then selecting recovery but it just shows a black screen with a phone and a red warning triangle over it. I tried to get into safe mode by holding down menu and power buttons, but again, it just goes into the boot loop. What can I do if anything and is there any way of saving my contacts if the phone is dead? I have a googlemail account (if I can remember the password) - would they be saved

Stuck in boot loop and can't go in recovery mode Samsung galaxy mega 6.3 i9205?

Wednesday 02nd of October 2013 / forums.androidcentral.com
I've rooted my samsung galaxy mega 6.3 i9205 but I got stuck in a boot loop after trying to change my boot logo using a app called root tools. Before that everything with root worked fine.So I tried recovering the phone by going into recovery mode and wiping all of my data/factory reset and also wiping my cache. Both of these thing did not work. So after that I went into download mode and tried to instal something I believe CWM. But now I can't even go into recovery mode because when I try, the phone says that it's going into recovery mode and then just reboots... and goes into a bootloop. Please help???

Galaxy S3 Boot loop and can't enter recovery mode because phone autoboot.

Wednesday 22nd of January 2014 / forums.androidcentral.com
Hello guys, this is my first post here, and again its about the same problem as other user had. Boot loop on Galaxy S3, i did googled and read so many article and thread around regarding this problem. The first thing that I need to do is to enter the recovery mode am I right? To enter the recovery mode I need to Press and hold 'Home, Volume up and Power button'. So here's the problem, I did pull out my battery for few minutes, but then when I insert the battery back, the phone automatically boot by itself, the recovery mode instruction does not work. Why is this happening to my phone? I read other people's thread but when they insert their battery, the phone does not boot by itself, but mine, yes. one more thing is that it never reach the BLUE logo, just the white with the Model : GT-19300. Please help
