Need Google Calendar App for Galaxy III

Wednesday 03rd of October 2012 / forums.androidcentral.com
I just purchased a Galaxy III and I would like to use the Google calendar since it color codes my entries. I have a paper planner that I highlight with specific colors to update me visually what I have scheduled so I like that feature on Google. I can see the specific colors added to my individual events (yellow for school events, green for regular appts, purple for work related, etc.) on my PC, but I can't see it in my calendar apps. I've downloaded many other calendars (Jorte, aCalendar, Cozi, Business, and a couple of others) and I can't seem to find a calendar that works the way I use it in my paper planner. I also don't like the preinstalled calendar since it doesn't have any color coding. Google calendar on my PC works the closest to how I use it and I can see the colors, but I can't find Google calendar app on Google Play. The only thing I found was Google Mania and when I hit the Calendar icon, I can't see any of the colors and it doesn't look like my Google calendar on my PC (I see info, but no color). A friend has an IPhone and her Google calendar app looks exactly like wha

Planner App for School/RealEstate that syncs with EVERYTHING????

Friday 23rd of August 2013 / androidforums.com
Hey guys, I need to find a good app that can help keep me organized with school (Tests, Homework due dates, the works ) and my job in Real Estate Sales (Appointments, showings, open houses) . Id like to have one that can function as a visual calendar by month, but if Id like I can view each day with hourly detail. Make sense? Money isn't really a problem as this is a good investment professionally and academically. I'd like to be able to sync and manage this app between my phone (Galaxy Note II), my tablet (Galaxy Tab II) and my PC and MAC . Yes, believe it or not I use them all as they each have their strengths. I have done multiple searches on google and have also asked a few friends with no solid results. Evernote seems pretty good, but if theres better out there I'd like to know what yall think!

Develop Android App for School Discipline

Friday 29th of November 2013 / androidforums.com
I am a deputy principal of a primary school. I am in charge of discipline and currently my aim is to develop an Android app for the school's discipline system.Discipline System that I want to develop must have the following components:1) A database of +- 760 learners spread over 4 grade groups. Each grade group have 5 classes of +- 38 learners in a specific class = 4 Grade groups x 5 Classes per Grade Group x 38 learners in a class2) Every learner have five(5) chances/warnings a day but start every day on a clean slate.3) Parents must receive a message when a learner have received 3 warnings and again at 5 warnings.4) A report must be compiled from the data entered to track a leaner's behavior.5) There are 36 warnings divided into 3 groups of 8 warnings.6) Teachers must be able to use this system on their smart phones. Can someone please show me how and where do I start? I have limited programming experience but I am a quick and willing learner because I like to take on challenges and make a success of it.Thank you in advance for your time.Gerhard
