Anyone know how to turn off the 'data warning'?

Sunday 25th of December 2011 / forums.androidcentral.com
For those on an unlimited plan, we could care less about how much data we're using. I got a 'data usage' warning in the message bar at the top. I was able to temporarily get rid of it by changing the warning threshold. But I don't see a way to turn it off entirely. Has anyone found a way to do that?

How to Hard Reset Your Droid

Tuesday 04th of May 2010 / droidforums.net
I thought that since I've had to do this a few times and still had a hard time remembering how I did it, I would post how to do it here. So if anyone needs to and doesn't know how, here you go:Before you begin anything else, back up ALL of your files to either your microSD card on the phone or to your PC or laptop with the use of the USB Data Cable. Be sure to write down passwords to applications you may have downloaded if you wish to reinstall them after Hard Resetting. Once you have everything saved that you want, remove the microSD card from it's slot, located in the battery compartment. You will need to remove the battery first to remove your microSD card. After card removal, return the battery to it's working position. Do NOT turn the device back on yet. Step 2 With your Motorola Droid still powered "Off," slide open the keyboard. Step 3 Press and hold the "X" button on the keyboard while pressing the "Power/Unlock" button, located next to the 3.5mm headphone jack. Continue holding down the buttons until a yellow triangle "Warning Sign" ap

Razr Maxx Battery Issues? - Page 2

My suggestion at a minimum is do 2 Factory Data Rest (FDR) and a battery calibration. A battery cal is done by letting battery run to battery low warning level..turn off phone and charge fully while off to 100%. Then turn on phone and repeat the process a second time. After the 2nd cycle you can charge and use phone as normal. No need to always charge phone while off...that spike leads me to believe your battery meter is off.If you are still getting WiFi being on, my second suggestion would be to reflash, JB.

Wednesday 28th of November 2012 / forums.androidcentral.com
Hey All, I reset my phone due to the batter being whacky after I got Jelly Bean. Now every time I click to turn off my 'Mobile Data' I get a warning "You will no longer be able to use applications such as Internet, Email, and YouTube via mobile networks. Continue?" Does anyone know how to disable this? I've looked all over the settings but have yet to find a solution. Thanks for your help!

Inactive Timeout while streaming NFL Mobile games

Wednesday 20th of November 2013 / forums.androidcentral.com
I get an Inactive Timeout about every 30 mins while I am watching football games on the NFL Mobile app. This is really annoying because I have it connected to my TV, so I have to get up and press the continue button or it will turn off the video. It gives you about 30 seconds to press continue. Does anyone know how to disable this warning for good? I am streaming over WiFi, so I am not going to go over my data plan. Any ideas are much appreciated.
