Toss It … Android Game App Review

Monday 12th of April 2010 / androidheadlines.com
When I first heard of the app toss it, I thought it was a trash can app? Or maybe it was something else all together. However, I quickly learned it was a game, a game where you flip or “toss” trash into a garbage can, at first thought, the game sounds boring, really boring. But really how many people do that all day at work anyway, now its an app. It is a challenging game and its quite fun. It has leader boards and adds challenges with every turn. The game has a free and paid version, the usual comes in the free version, a few ads and less levels. The paid has more levels and no ads of course. I have tried both and I would

Android Tablet or What is that animal and how to live with it?!?

Friday 07th of October 2011 / androidtablets.net
Hello,Thank you, guys for reading! I need a help and maybe someone of you could provide me some. I got an 7" Android Tablet PC few months ago. Left my country so i had no time to play with it and to see how it works. Anyways.... It is sent to me and i stuck since the first time trying to play with it ( my mother said she has take a look in the manu as working). After fully charging more than 5 hours i turned it on. The Android icon pop up and stays like this. On the right down corner says: Android OS 2.2, Kernel 2.6.32, Build Number V1.2.1. No name, no serial... nothing? It comes with black box 7" Android Tablet PC on the all sides, MID User Manual, charger and some adapter, on the back side is a sticker HJ-V713 0402504. It looks kinda nice, but it seems to be useless? Do somebody knows where is the problem and how it could be solved? Or i can say it Bye and gently trash it away...

Android 101: Uninstalling apps on Honeycomb

Tuesday 11th of October 2011 / androidcentral.com
While it may seem an easy task, I will admit when I first started using Honeycomb I used the old school methods of uninstalling apps. However, there is a much easier and simpler method of uninstalling apps on Honeycomb and here is how you do it:Find the app you wish to uninstall, hold down on it.Your screen will then change and in the top right will appear a trash can.Drag your app to that trash can, where it will then confirm uninstallation.Once confirmed, your app will then uninstall and be removed from your device. This can be done anywhere on your device that apps icons are visible. You will either see remove or uninstall in the top right, depending on where you are but you will always see a trash can beside it.

CyanMod Problem/question

Monday 17th of January 2011 / android.net
I have now twice tried to delete n app from the home screen and out of habit dragged it down to where the trash can appears on Android. The trash can is up top on Cyanagen.Unfortunately an app when dragged to the app drawer location REPLACES the app drawer and you can no longer retrieve your apps...other than using the search widget. How do I remedy this problem short of reinstalling CyanagenMod?

Perhaps this was something that you had installed from the market and no longer have installed now?

How to Delete Videos from my tablet? - Page 2

If you move stuff from your homescreen to the trash can, it doesn't delete the files, it just removes it from the screen. If you want to place something on the screen as a shortcut, just long press and click shortcuts or widgets and choose whatever you want to put on the screen. As far as video chat programs, you can try Google Talk which should come installed. You can also try Skype, Yahoo Messenger, Qik and Fring.
